The Prosper Show 2025 held from March 25–27 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, was the largest U.S. conference dedicated to established e-commerce marketplace sellers. This year’s event was packed with valuable insights, networking opportunities, and innovative solutions for e-commerce professionals looking to elevate their businesses. Here's a recap of the key takeaways:

Diverse Educational Content

Prosper Show 2025 offered a rich agenda with over 47 educational sessions spread across four learning tracks: Marketing and Advertising, Seller Opps and Business Strategy, Social Selling, and Growth Opportunities. Topics ranged from building and protecting your brand to driving traffic and maximizing business efficiency. Whether you’re looking to expand beyond Amazon, enhance your international growth, or learn how to navigate the complexities of e-commerce, there is something for every seller.

Some of the key sessions we loved included:

  • Smart Automations To Increase Profitability for Your Amazon Business, presented by Robyn Johnson of Marketplace Blueprint. What we enjoyed most was that Robyn focused on attainable automations, like Macros, rather than trying to teach yourself to be an AI expert overnight. Her session left attendees with clear, actionable tactics to us in their business that day.
  • How to Build an Unbeatable Brand, featuring Carolyn Lowe of ROI Swift and Emma Schermer Tamir of Marketing by Emma. This session focused on how to level up Amazon Product Detail pages, from serious SEO tips to great suggestions on how small tweaks to your images (think model sizes, hair color, skin color) can have an immediate and drastic impact on conversions.
  • Extraordinary Tips For Brand Excellence - A Panel Discussion, was our absolute favorite because the star of the session was our very own - Jessica Wright, President of AO2 Management! Jess and the panel of experts helped brands understand the utmost importance of having great agency and service provider partners along on their e-Commerce journey.

The variety of topics provided actionable takeaways, ensuring that sellers left with concrete steps to implement in their businesses.

Networking Opportunities

With more than 80 marketplace experts and 150+ solution providers, Prosper Show provided ample opportunities to connect, collaborate, and grow. The event’s networking events were a huge draw for many attendees, as they forged relationships with fellow sellers, potential partners, and service providers in the e-commerce space.

Networking with professionals worldwide opened doors to new partnerships and opportunities for collaboration, helping attendees build valuable connections that extend far beyond the event itself.

With both Prosper and Shoptalk taking place the same week in Vegas this year, our team was stretched thin trying to navigate all of the evening opportunities for great conversations and food! Without a doubt, however, the standout event this year was Channable’s Sellebrate event, held at the Paris Paris hotel at the Cheri rooftop bar.

Why we liked it: This was one over-the-top event! There was a DJ, airbrush tattoos, a tarot reader, caricature portraits, snacks, drinks, and more, and yet. . . The lighting was good, the space was open, and the music wasn’t so loud that you couldn’t connect with other attendees to learn about each other’s businesses and schedule a time to follow up.

Exhibitor Innovations

The expo hall was a highlight of the event, featuring leading exhibitors offering innovative solutions for e-commerce sellers. Attendees explored cutting-edge tools that could enhance their fulfillment processes, improve efficiency, and automate many of the time-consuming tasks that sellers often face.

As a first-time exhibitor at Prosper Show 2025, AO2 Management had the opportunity to showcase our omnichannel e-commerce expertise in action. We were excited to demonstrate how we help brands streamline operations, optimize their Amazon presence, and expand seamlessly across multiple marketplaces. Attendees saw firsthand how our tailored strategies are designed to drive efficiency, scalability, and growth. It was a fantastic experience connecting with industry peers, sharing insights, and highlighting the innovative solutions that set AO2 apart in e-commerce. 

Engaging Keynotes

One of the most impactful moments of the Prosper Show 2025 was hearing from Bryan Porter, co-founder of Simple Modern, who shared his inspiring success story. Although Simple Modern is a giant in the drinkware industry today, Bryan reminded us that their journey wasn't always smooth or predictable—much like many emerging brands. His story was full of valuable lessons that should resonate deeply with any brand in its growth phase.

    This powerful statement was one of our favorite takeaways. It highlights the importance of taking action, even if your first attempt isn’t perfect. Many emerging brands hesitate to launch their product until everything is flawless, but Bryan’s message was clear: starting imperfectly is part of the process. You learn, adapt, and ultimately improve through those early missteps. As Bryan pointed out, perfection comes with time—and those early products are the foundation of everything that follows.

  • "Imitate and then deviate."
    This quote was another standout moment. It speaks to learning from those who came before you. Bryan encouraged emerging brands to study and mimic successful business strategies and find ways to differentiate and innovate. Imitating helps you learn the basics, but true success comes when you deviate from the norm and create something uniquely your own. This message resonated with us as a reminder that while competition is inevitable, true growth lies in innovation and carving your own space.

This keynote reinforced the idea that building a successful brand is one of constant evolution, filled with learning and growth opportunities. Emerging brands should embrace the process and imperfections and be prepared to innovate as they scale.

Omnichannel Strategies Take Center Stage

Throughout the event, there was a strong focus on omnichannel strategies, with several sessions dedicated to helping sellers expand their discoverability through both on-Amazon and off-Amazon advertising. With the increasing complexity of e-commerce, it’s clear that an omnichannel approach is essential for long-term growth. Prosper Show highlighted how sellers can leverage multiple sales channels to reach a broader audience, reduce dependency on a single platform, and boost overall sales. The shift to omnichannel marketing was also showcased in the expo hall with more marketplace exhibitors than ever before - Amazon, Walmart, Shein, Temu, and Best Buy all had booths, engaging with brands and promoting expansion.
